Waiting List
We have a limited number of kittens available each year and each is sold to a properly screened home. All kittens sold as pets are required to be kept indoors and spayed/neutered at the appropriate age. We do not accept deposits until the kittens have had their first veterinarian visit at 9 weeks and we believe they are healthy and will thrive. We will not take deposits on unborn kittens, which may or may not be forthcoming.
Once selected you will be required to submit a deposit and read over a contract.
If you would like to be added to our waiting list, please provide us with some information about yourself, your home environment, i.e. children, pets, what experiences you have as a previous pet owner, etc.…
Deposit
When kittens are 9 weeks old after their first wellness/vaccination appointment with a veterinarian we ask for a $500 deposit to reserve your new baby. Deposits are non-refundable, except in a case where we are unable to deliver the kitten on which you placed a deposit. Deposits can be made via cashier’s check or I can send you a PayPal invoice.
Picking Up Your New Birman Kitten
Kittens may go home at 16 weeks depending on the home and method of travel. All kittens will have had their first vaccines and been dewormed.
WE DO NOT SHIP KITTENS! They must be picked up or arrangements made for meeting at an agreed upon location.
When you receive your kitten, we require the balance of the cost of the kitten be paid in full with a cashier’s check, or proof of PayPal payment along with a signed contract.
Once you receive your kitten please see your veterinarian within 72 hours for a wellness check. Should he/she find some health problem that our veterinarian missed, we will be glad to replace the kitten or refund your money in return for
